Who's actually in charge here?

I too have being trying for days to contact someone other than a call- centre operator who can assist me with my bill. I have been promised on numerous occasions that my matter will be dealt with by Alida Poitgiter. I have left numerous messages and have sent e-mails too. I have yet to hear from anyone. Clearly customer service is off little value to these guys.
