After numerous attempts to get down to the bottom of my problem all i have had in return is poor service from ADT, i refer to an alarm activation last year, i received a call from the control centre informing me that my alarm has been activated only to find out that it was 20 minutes after the activation they called me.
I asked on numerous occasions for a detailed report indicating where the problem was ie was the control centre slow to respond or is my alarm FAULTY. Darryl promised to send me a detailed report 2 months ago... I'm still waiting. I then keep receiving sms's telling me to pay my account. I did pay the 50% deposit upon the installation, the cost of the alarm and installation was about R9000.00. So where the problem ADT? You want me to pay for an alarm that doesn't work or you want me to continue paying for bad service?
