I took a contract with Chubb and signed with a lady called Angela on the 17th of November 2012, installation was done towards the end of November by a technician called Themba who had no nails to put up the board, the same day a test was done to see if the system was working and I was told that Chubb was not picking up and this will be fixed by installing a new radio, it has been almost 2 months now and I am getting the run around from all parties concerned, The whole of December I was home with no security. A week ago the same technician came with a radio and I was told it was not cleared and he will get back to me on Monday the 7th, I have been calling since then and have received no joy from Themba, Angela and her Supervisor Daniel. When i signed I was given 1 and a half months free, at the beginning of January my account was debited for the month of January. its the 10th of Jan and I have already paid for a service I am not receiving. I am exhausted and disappointed by the service I have received from Chubb and its consultants. It seems like the company is doing me a favour whereas I pay for their non-service
