MESSAGE ALLERT-Guys DON'T USE or consider the service of Ferns security solutions or anything by Steven Fernandez (Ferns Security Solutions) services as advertised on FB.I know him from school days, I thought it would be ok and can be trusted paid a 50% deposit and the installation booked for today at 10am. Well 10am came no Steven, tried 2 phone and he pushes phone dead. After 12am some lady contacted me to say he is at a brake-down. Then he smses to say he does not have enough cash for all the material and I must pay another R1250. I told him he wants more money but he did not even pick for installation. That already tells me if if he can't make an appointment what would his work be like. I smsed him 2 refund me the deposit as the installation was scheduled for today at 10 and he did not even show up 4 scheduled and booked installation. As we are already not happy with service and I will get another company 2 do the installation for me. Up until now he ignores me, I phone he pushes phone dead. He refuses 2 pay my deposit back. I contacted some of the other cell numbers on his FB profile by his adds and they all said I am not the first person he has done it to
