Chubb
Incompetence?

I cancelled my account with Chubb in January and on 2 January 2013 I received an email from Shantel Peek acknowledging the cancellation and confirming that the radio transmitter is mine. I quote from the email "The radio does not belong to us as this is a GSS radio, you can either keep the radio or if you wish we can collect it."

Now I receive an SMS saying that I owe Chubb a radio and threatening me with legal action.
