I have notified Louis J van Vuuren on numerous occasions that he is incorrectly emailing me excessive alarm notifications for one of his clients. I am not a client of ADT, somehow they keep emailing me about someone else's account.
Are you, ADT, incompetent? I have even tried calling the call center where I get cut off while holding.
ADT obviously doesn't care about their clients if they are not even able to rectify excessive alarm notifications for them.
