Dear Customer Services,
I replied to your communication regarding excessive call out on 23 July 2013 begging you to send a technician to fix the problem. As per previous complaint, everytime we activate the alarm the control room receives a panic signal or a signal that the alarm went off. I realize that the departments of ADT clearly is NOT talking to each other. I just received an sms from ADT Vaaltriangle that I need to pay R200.64 extra this month due to excessive call outs.
Please take note that I will not allow ADT to negatively influence me financially because you don't have your house in order.
Thank you for replying to previous complaint on Hello Peter, however, nobody contacted me yet. It's really sad that a company of your stature and potential is throwing it into the water.
