Several months of trying to get our business and home alarm working to no avail. Receive "over due account" notifications when a debit order is in place? Alarm activated after hours and vehicle removed from factory, armed unit and control center don't query reason / driver as well as NO challenge code requested from both??? Notice given yet no person from ADT has bothered to query the reason.
