Most of my sms notifications are delivered late and sometimes not delivered at all. The key element with on-line banking is real-time delivery of OTPs. I'm not notified with most of my withdrawals or notifications would come a few days later. I called Vodacom to investigate and was told the sms notifications are done by Cellc not them so there isn't much they can do to help. Why is Standard bank not using my own operator for notifications as that will always guarantee a higher the quality of service.
I'm even thinking of changing banks as the thought of my money being withdrawn without me getting notified cripples me.
