For no apparent reason my debit order was stopped in November 2013. I have made many requests via phone and email and still do not have confirmation as to whether the debit order has been resinstated. I received an invoice in December and made a manual payment. I still have not paid for January and included in my request have made several attempts to inquire as to how I pay for January.
Will this is unpaid, Chubb could stop my service and this will impact my home insurance.
Does Chubb not want to be paid!!!
