After numerous letters to urself ive had no joy. a technician was send out in december 2012 to so call rectify the error, on 19 january 2013 ive had a housebreak and had no response from chubb, upon enquiring i was informed that they can and will not send out response due to the outstanding payment. the reason for placing a stop on my debit order was due to the non operation of services whilst chubb was not interested in fixing the alarm and yet carried on debiting me, to date not a single person has contacted me regarding all the problems i have been experiencing. i humbly request chubb to remove their alarm and return my working alarm which they have removed and taken with them without notifying me, and i will certainly not pay for services that was non funtional
