Chubb do not value loyal customers

On the 14th of October 2013 I received a marketing SMS from Chubb, asking if I was paying too much for my armed response.
I have been a loyal customer of Chubb for 9 years. I replied yes to their SMS, as I would like to save on my security and was tired of the annual increases. I was subsequently contacted by a marketing person and it was made clear to me that this offer was only for new customers and did not apply to existing customers. I was advised to call another number to discuss a reduced fee, which I did. During the conversation with a lady (I do not recall her name), I expressed my dissatisfaction with my monthly change (R619.35), I was told that Chubb would discount my monthly charge to R420 starting from December 2013. I was happy that Chubb were prepared to reduce my monthly charge, but disappointed that the amount was higher than it would be than if I was a new customer. Where is the logic in that?? Loyalty is not rewarded at Chubb. My December debit order did not drop as promised, and I was changed R619.35 on my January debit order as well.
Chubb, you are overcharging me and not keeping your promise to reduce my monthly charges.

I'm very unimpressed...
