Not the first time that I contacted Tracker with absolutely no joy. They advise you that they will phone you back. Non existing service. The CPA provides that if a consumer pays for a service to be delivered and a service is not rendered that the contract should be cancelled. Will definitely take it up with them. I don't want a unit in my vehicle if they can not even transfer it to my new vehicle. Clever from them they would rather let you start a new contract on the new vehicle to keep you as a customer. Very disappointed.
