When I transferred a Tracker device to a new car I bought, also upgrading to a more expensive "plan", I was told by the customer service agent that there would be no installation costs as I am already a customer of TRACKER. Of course TRACKER then deducted an installation fee by the end of the month. I have been phoning and sending emails every day now since the deduction was made on 25 March with NO RESPONSE. 1. Nobody has called me back with an answer as I was promised by the customer service agent - even after I have left messages for her. Then the supervisor told me twice that I would be contacted by the end of yesterday and still no call back! 2. At my expense I have to call TRACKER to follow up on the progress of this "investigation" that was forwarded to higher management. 3. I have sent an email to the Accounts Dept with no response there. Now I wonder how long it will take for someone to contact me and how long it will take for MY money to be refunded??! My feeling is that TRACKER is avoiding to take responsibility for a mistake made and avoiding paying back MY MONEY.
