Handed over for collection

Dear Peter

I phoned ADT on the 1st week of December 2012 because I wanted to cancel my contract of which I have already served more than 36 months. I was told I have to pay R774.68 to close the account. I paid the said amount on 13 Dec 2012.

To my surprise ADT continued to bill me for Dec 2012, Jan 2013, Feb 2013, Mar 2013 and Apr 2013 even though the account was cancelled. And now I have been handed over to a company called Debtsource for collection.

ADT must just sort this mess. I do not owe them.
