I have tracker on my two of cars. One car (BMW), the 3 years has passed and I am now on a month to month basis. On the other car (Kombi) however is still within the 3 years contact period. My problem is that I have sold the Kombi and the new owners do not want tracker, and I have no other car to move the unit to. Now what I want to do is to cancel the tracker on the BMW as it is already out of contract and move the installment of Kombi to BMW because I do not have the Kombi anymore.
When I called tracker they say the system cannot allow this, and I need to pay the settlement amount for the Tracker on the Kombi. I do not understand this, because the BMW has tracker unit already, they do not even need to install the unit, I can just continue with the Kombi's tracker installment on the BMW.
