I purchased a Beame online on Friday 3 Jan. The Budget option for R150 upfront and R99 a month. I received a Voucher number for the installation and was told that I would receive a SMS within 48 hrs with a lead number. Up until this morning I did not receive a lead no and decided to call in to the no provided. Waited for 15 mins and still no answer. Called the number on the website with still no answer. Then called another number from this website. Eventually after being put through to 3 different people I was told that they don't have my details on the system and I need to go through everything again. I no longer want to deal with your company. This is the most shocking new business service I have ever in counted. I expect a refund of my R150 within 48hrs. I will be going with 1 of your competitors and letting everybody know about your disgusting service from your company Beame and Matrix!
