After 4 weeks still cant log in on the app to track my vehicle and internet position is out dated. I have spoken to the call centre and asked someone to contact me and the person I was speaking to made a note on the system and told me someone will call me asap, nothing till today. then I made a complaint on hellopeter and there was told by a Johan person that he will get back to me asap and week later noting,
Sent emails to there account department and was told they will get back to me within 3 days and it has been more than a week now. they don't even have the decency to call back but they want to get pay every month.
THIS IS!!! Contact me and come and take this piece of out my vehicle ASAP.
I am tired of the service the whole ALTECH group is giving, is it so much to ask for you to employ COMPETENT people???
