Requested a technician to be dispatched to sort out the security system in place. However a consultant pitched up checked the system, advised that more contact etc... should be installed. She quoted us and signed the debit order for the job. Subsequently the debit went off the account the next day however there has been no technician or response from her or anyone from the ADT team. It has been almost a week now since the whole process has been initiated. I have tried on numerous occasions unsuccessfully to contact the consultant or to get a technician out to my premises, in the interim I am left without any security measures in place.

ADT needs to sort this matter out with utmost urgency as I am living in a high risk area and ADT is fully aware of this.
