ADT does not respond

I must say I am totally disgusted with ADT service. Your sales person came to see us on the 9th of July. The following was agreed:
1. That a technician will come out to install a radio transmitter - Done on the 10th
2. That a technician will come out to repair three sensors - Not done
3. That a technician will install a master key box - not done
4. That a technician will come to explain the system to us and to reset the codes - Not done

So - almost two weeks later, after signing a contract we are unable to set the alarm at night and have in effect no insurance cover.
