I have sold my house and has given ADT 30 days notice to cancell my debit order. They did not cancell the debit order but kept on debiting my account for two months.
I have sent them multiple e-mails and called them with no avail. The money should have been paid back into my bank account after 7 working days in January, they failed to do so and now it is 2 months later.
Every time I call they let me wait and say they are busy prosessing the payment, now how is it possible to process a payment for 2 months? Somewhere someone is lying.
