I waited a week to get a slot for when the service technician could come out and repair my alarm system but on the day they said they could do the repair due to the rain (But i wasn't told of this) when i phoned they tell me this but now they have put me to the back of the que so i have to wait another week to get my alarm fixed!!! I think the small customers are no longer important for RSS. Not sure why i'm paying R500 pm for such poor service!
