Supersport gym in Bloemfontein moved their business premises to another surbub. Under the curcumstances, they let members be allowed to cancell their contract without penalties due to the fact that it was them moving. I cancelled around August/July 2012. I found out from my bank this month that they have never stopped debiting my account, its been over 12 months that i have cancelled and did not see the amount being debited monthly as 'suspicious' as it was an exact amount with another debit order that is valid, until, for the first time i recieved the two debit order reports at the same time and made an enquiry with the bank. The reference name on the debit order sms from the bank simply is EFT. Admin and so i could pick up from that name that it was supersport debiting. I have spoken to 3 people and the last one says i have to give them at least a coupld of days to et their books from storage so they can go through them and verify if i cancelled. My worrry is that i no longer have the copy of cancellation and i cant trust that they will not conceal my prigional form with tnem as ot means it is left to them to show that i cancelled and have to pay me backk over R2500.
