The alarm failed to come on from November 2012 and I contacted the service provider. They manage to send the Technician after two months of complain. Fault finding was done and they found that one eye of the alarm was striked by lightning but now they want me to pay an amount of R2400.00 before they can repair the device and at the same time they are deducting their monthly subcription for the alarm that is not working. I want a refund for all the time the alarm has not been working and if they fail to repair and payout they must come and remove their white elephant in my house.
