On 20/1213 I called the call centre to change ownership of a unit that was installed in my vehicle as I sold the vehicle. I was then told by sifiso that he would send the request to their accounts department and have them email the documents to me. No documents was sent. On 10 january 2014 I called them again find out how far the process was and was told by siga that nothing has been done. I then requested again to have the change of ownership documents emailed to me as I was now paying for something I am no longer in possession of. He then gave me a case number and said that i would need to quote the reference number whenever I called again and he would have the accounts department email the documents to me but also never delivered. On 20/01/14 I called again for the documentation when I spoke to lesego who also promised to have the documents emailed to me and whom I also gave a fax number because emailing me the documents just don't seem to be happening and still to no avail. On 21/01/2014 I called again and spoke to shirona who then told me that she would take it up with the manager and I would have the documents before the end of the day. On 22/01/14 I still don't have the docs
