I e-mailed through 2 SMS paging addendum forms on the 17th of January 2013 for our 2 offices. I received an read receipt e-mail on the 23rd of January 2013 from a Jacques Beukes. I have contacted the call centre more than once after the read receipt and every time they cant get hold of Jacques Beukes end then send him an e-mail. Please can someone help me?
