I have explained the problems I have with my account via the e-mail address we should use for our queries. I turned on the read receipt option and surprise surprise (not), I got this reply:

was deleted without being read on Monday, January 13, 2014 12:10:12 PM (UTC 02:00) Harare, Pretoria.
I guess since my mail was simply deleted, I won't get any answers or feedback.
