I sent in a cancellation email on 14/12/2012. I got a phone call from someone to confirm my cancellation in January, and I told them I want to go ahead. Then I got another phone call from someone later in January to try to "fix" the problem that I cancelled for. I told them, I have cancelled! Why are you phoning me? I emailed the call centre to find out, but as usual, no one bothered to respond. Today I was billed again - nearly 2 months after cancelling! You must cancel my contract IMMEDIATELY and return the money that you wrongfully took from me.
