Chubb promotions offering Free alarm with monitoring& Armed Response FREE!? Practice caution you will be billed. I wasn't made aware that Chubb sub contracts their intallations as I'm a first time customer. Hence, no disclosure to customers. I was quaranteed upon completion of fitment that alarm was working fully but just to find out after a week that It was not fully functional and I was left with the risk of not being protected and that of my family setting the alarm at night like a fool! Upon testing, the base station did not pick up any signal when alarm is triggered and sensors also not setting off the the alarm. Followed by bad quality of goods, poor workmanship and appalling customer service. No feedback and no after call service. To top it off they have taken payment a month ahead and breaching the contract as to my first debit order payment stipulated. I have been going back and forth with HOD and getting no response for action to remove their equipment after a request to cancel other than a bill/invoice before proceeding with cancellation and money has left my account for payment. This needs to taken up and must be resolved. No customer needs to experience this.
