I put the alarm in my house through chubb. The 1st 4 months was a night mare as they will call me around 1 or 2:00 in the morning saying the my alarm has given them a signal. Eventually i managed to sort it out after a huge fight with them. After 8 months they started double debting my account. i went to them again trying to sort out but did not help until i decided to cancel the debIt order now they say i am owning them R11 000 of which i don't know where they get the amount. I only had the alarm system installed for 14 months and my monthly payment is R331.
