Unti not reporting

Here i go again again with C-track, please see previous complaint's from me, my new "Upgraded Unit" was installed and not reporting. The unit was installed last week Wednesday and the technician advised me that the unit would pick-up within the 24 hrs. I was pleased to signed the contract with my "NEW" unit. I tested the unit the following day and it still was not respponog. I then contacted the the call-centre and spoke to Eugene on who advised me the unit was not routed and that he would do it and i would sorted within 2hrs. To my surprise the whole weekend i tested the unit and it was still not responding. This is not the first time i have this problem with C-track and now i have just had enough. I kindly would like my contract to be cancelled as i have not faith in them. I meet my end of the deal each month when i need to pay my premiums. now when you have to meet you end, it is endless problems. According to me this is a bridge in contract because i am paying for service i am not receiving. I dont see why i need contact you guys in order to have my unit routed as it should be done automatically with the installation process. So please dont call me, just cancel it.
