I purchased a complete alarm system and paid in full 26/11/2013. The system was meant to be installed 06/12/2013. They failed to keep the appointment. After contacting them, I agreed to contact them to reschedule. ALL attempts failed. Surely the technical dept., could also have contacted me? That is what service is about!
01/01/2014 I suffered a housebreaking. I have since cancelled the contract and want a FULL refund of payment made PLUS interest to date. In addition to this, compensation for the losses incurred.
