In December 2013 I signed a contract for security monitoring and paid for a alarm system in full with there sales person Llewellyn Freeks, and was promised it would be fitted by no later than the 30/31st December.
By the first week in January I still had not been contacted by ADT to fit or arrange any date to fit the alarm.
I then cancelled the agreement of services that ADT could not meet, ADT emailed me to notify me that they would refund the money for the alarm system that I had paid in full without delay.
I have contacted CYRELLA JACOBS in there accounts department dozens of times over the last month and have still yet not received my refund over a month later.
IF THE EMERGENCY RESPONSE TIME IS ANYTHING LIKE CYRELLA JACOBS AND LLEWELLYN FREEKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS THEN I WOULD BE SERIOUSLY WORRIED ABOUT USING ADT FOR ANY EMERGENCY.
