On 23rd Dec'13 we requsted a technician to come and move the radio which is badly located next to the window and wich sometimes sends a signal to ADT that alarm went off even we home and didn't hear it and that tells it's somehow faulty. On the 30th Dec'13 a techician named Steve was sent and went back without moving the radio and told us that an installation technician was be sent not him subsiquently we made several follow ups and always promised to be called back and till today no one has called us. We mention that the 3rd of Jan 2014 is our last day home from leave days. We've tried several times to move to other security companies and they told us we will be charges penalties if we do that. ADT is very expensive comparing to other security companies and increases their premium twice a year. At all times for things to happen with ADT you have to fight, why can't just one phone call make everything right. We paying wat to much be treated this way.
