My car was written off in nov and i called to have the device to be installed into the new car.i completed forms and my acc debited.to my suprise i called the dealer to arrange to take delivery of new car and was told device still not installed after i gave your technician all the details that was on 12th dec.funny enough im still debited n get the sms on 24 dec that device is working.i called on 2nd was promised will be contacted the following day.upto now no call received.this has caused me to loose income and will cartrack pay my bills for their pathetic service.i need that device installed today or cancel the contract and refund me back and will source alternative providers who knows how to keep their promises
