We have been the recipient of incredibly bad service from ADT over the past 18 months, we decided to change security companies and so gave notice on 1 January 2014. The call centre gave me an email address, which bounced back and I have spent a lot of time trying to obtain the correct email address. On Thursday and Friday last week (2nd and 3rd) I tried to phone on nuerous occasions and after long periods of holding on was cut off. This morning (6th January) I attempted to phone again and was cut off a few times after holding on for long periods. I finally got hold of Richard, who gave me yet another incorrect email address which bounced back.
