This is my second complaint about cartrack, I still have not gotten any service from this company, I'm still with a device that is not working, and in the same breath they have already debited my account, for a service they are not delivering. I am now on the 3rd week waiting for a technician to repair the device. it hasn't been a month I have been with cartrack yet I'm not happy nor satisfied with their service. the last consultant that I spoke to claimed there is someone who has been trying to get hold me but had no luck, my phone is on all day and night, they have an alternative number to call, they have my email address and suddenly they can't reach me, when they were calling for me to join, no one battled to get hold of me. I no longer want to hear their bogus promises to call back, I want this contract terminated immediately and I won't pay the cancellation fee for their poor service
