Very bad service!!! Bunch of todlers working there

One month ago i decided to purchase a new vehicle, so i contacted Matrix to find out what steps to take. After spending 2hrs plus on the phone I was advised by a senior assistant that I can simply upgrade my existing MX3 unit to a new one and there is no need to remove the old one. We made all the relevant plans and Dulci informed me that it would be done on the Friday. After taking leave and making all the relevant plans for the new installation, no one pitched up. Contacted them again and spoke to Natash Moodley, after sitting on the phone for close to 2hrs again she arranged a fitment centre to come out quickly. After the fitment was done I logged onto my profile and saw both vehicles still on there, I contacted Natasha again worried about double billing and she assured me that this would not happen, they just still in the process of removing my old vehicle from the system. But now a month later i get debited for two accounts instead of one, Natasha to me and it is clear to me now that there is a bunch of toddlers in diapers running around at Matrix. Your customer service and service excellence in NON-Existent.
