BAD SERVICE AND NO INTEREST IN CUSTOMER CARE

Dear Valencia,

I have terminated my contract with Matrix as per the letter attached.

Our experience with Matrix was not good, I am going to send you copies of emails that were sent to Kaya and Julia and Natasha Moodley with regards to my husband's vehicle PJD 333GP. Yes despite this two years ago I installed a matrix system. Prior to this we have been with matrix for many years and no problem - what has gone wrong!

I have not received any terms and conditions with regard to my system and have given notice - I do not have the vehicle as it has been sold and certainly do not appreciate being "harassed" by telephone this morning and then sent a threatening sms about a payment when I have given a cancellation. On top of that I still received frequent sms and they had the incorrect Registration number for my vehicle which I have saved, so tell me what has gone wrong!

Please cease this "harassment" as my husband is still currently with Matrix and we will take matters further with the Consumer Council and will move to another supplier.

I await your further advices.
