Having sold one of our vehicles we advised Matrix on June 1st 2013 that we were cancelling the contract on this particular vehicle (we have 3 vehicles being monitored by them) with immediate effect. Despite numerous calls to Matrix over the past 6 weeks, we are still being contacted/harassed several times a day/night via phone calls and SMS's regarding alarm activations on the car. They also put through a further debit order at the beginning of July, despite the contract being cancelled. The call centre keeps assuring us that the monitoring problem has been rectified but they continue to harass on a daily basis! There have also been billing issues on one of our other vehicles where we've been overcharged for months on rental of the Matrix unit that was paid for ages ago. Completely unacceptable business practice on behalf of a company which to date holds all our car security business and which is now in danger of losing all of it!
