I signed a contract with Matrix 2 weeks ago, the unit is only being installed now.
The time frame arranged for installation was totally disregarded, so I can't use my vehicle to go to a meeting where I was supposed to be at due to the installation taking place. This was told to the person phoning and arranging the time.
The person that came to install the unit was utterly rude to me, shouting at me that he can't get to me, while i am trying to direct him how to get to the suitable place for fitment. He put the phone down in my ear twice and I had to phone him back, using my airtime.
Apparently the installation can't be done because my car is standing in a basement, which no one told me about.
Lets hope the after service is better, I am really not impressed at this current moment.
