I find that the interactive internet service you are offering with Cyber Sleuth Supreme has been extensively limited for a considerable period of time and as of now is completely non-functional. I have 2 devices linked to this system and am paying a 'top-dollar' premium for these, for which I am not getting recompensed. Moreover, the Cyber Sleuth Supreme mobile app which I had downloaded on my Apple iPhone and Android device about 10 to 12 months back are (and have been for several weeks now) completely non functional - not even being able to pass the log in screen. I would like to know when Altech plans on sorting out ALL of these issues, and if they cant expedite the restoration of these Services back to seamless functionality, then how does Altech propose on compensating their registered Cyber Sleuth Supreme Customer base for these undelivered services?
