ISSUES STILL UNRESOLVED

On 10 Dec 2013 I logged a complaint with Altech Netstar about 1. Device Not Working, 2. Refund request & 3. Unresolved issues concerning the functionality of the website. On 13 December 2013 Treven Gopal phoned me an confirmed that I will be receiving a refund from 21/06/2013 up to current for the time my device wasn't working and promised that the website will be functional by close of business that day. NONE OF THESE ISSUES HAVE BEEN RESOLVED - IT'S BEEN NEARLY A MONTH!!! I still cannot track my car on the cyber sleuth supreme website, I have not yet received my refund as promised and my account has been debited again for a service that isn't working! This is breach of contract as Treven promised me on 13 Dec 2013 that the website will be functional at close of business that day... ITS BEEN NEARLY A MONTH!!! I need this to be escalated and someone more senior than Treven Gopal to contact me as this has gone on too long and I need this to be resolved as Netstar is in direct contravention of the CPA. If I don't receive an update by tomorrow (02/01/2014) I will take my and my company's business elsewhere and I will not only just leave this matter here...
