I signed up for the Cyber Sleuth Supreme service with Altech Netstar on the 22 August. As of now, 26 August 14:00, I am unable to use any of the service affiliated with this product.
Have requested the call centre agent on numerous occasions to activate the services, but the response I get is "Will do", but nothing seems to have been activated as yet.
They seemed very helpful prior to and when I signed up for the service, but the after sales service is almost absent.
I am not happy with Altech Netstar as a first time customer.
