I have just bought a new Jaguar XF . The car was a demo used by Jaguar, Umhlanga therefore it already had a netstar tracking device fitted. I have had a 2010 Jaguar which I traded in for the new 2013 Jaguar. My old jaguar had a tracking device already fitted & I had a contract for a basic Slueth which I was paying R99 per month for.
Upon purchasing the new vehicle the sales executive fm Jaguar asked Altech, umhlanga to do a swap over.
I am not prepared to pay for any top of the range tracking unit. I have noticed they have now have a CYBER SLEUTH SUPREME (529) installed in my new jaguar. I have called this tanya arrons and waited for like 10minutes on the phone many times and also sent her emails which was NOT responded to.
ALTECH PLEASE UP YOUR GAME or you will sooner end up like Nokia & Blackberry.
