50% of the time that i log onto cyber sleuth supreme it does not work. Like right now it gives me the map and says that my vehicle is sitting in Melville when i know exactly that it is in Kaysands. I rely heavily on this unit to tell me where my car is at so that i can see were my driver is at all times.
The last time this happened i called the call center and they told me the server is down which happens often. what is the point of being able to track your vehicle if it does not work?
Many times i request a latest position and after waiting 30 min it still hasent updated to tell me were the vehicle is.
Please can you sort this out because i don't see why i must pay for something that does not work.
