Lack of Resolution/Feedback/Response

Won't detail my complaint, so as not to compromise my security, safe to say that over the past several weeks I have been having alarm issues, which ADT are aware of, and have failed to provide feedback, let alone resolve. Appears proactive prevention is of lesser importance than reactive responding. Seriously considering a contract termination (Breach).
