Pathetic service

I bought a brand new vehicle 8 months ago which was fitted with cybersleuthsupreme. The vehicle has done over 40 000km of which netstar has only tracked about 29 000km. They have changed the unit about 4 times with the same pathetic service. Last change was on the 24th Dec... and the unit still not working. I called the call center spoke to Thelma, not helpful or friendly. Left a msg with her for Deren to call me which he never got. I had to call back and wait about 20mins to speak to Loraine who told me that someone will call me tomorrow (sat 28th) to come check the unit. I waited till 12pm then called the call centre. Spoke to Deren who couldn't do anything as Loraine was dealing with my issue. He will get her to call me first thing on Monday morning... well its Monday morning and still the same pathetic service... utterly disgusted... Eugene
