Incorrectly debit my account

I have ended my contract with DCS armed response December 2012. So no further debit orders were suppose to be taken. At the end of December DCS has debit my account again. I went on leave and thought they would have picked it up and corrected by the time I get back to work. Nothing like that happened. In January 2013 I phoned DCS and spoke to Vanessa and requested my money back. Conveniently the person that works with that was on leave, which I take as totally unacceptable as all our private companies always have someone for back up if others are on leave. I requested her to ask her CEO (Okkie) to release this for me because in the 5/6 years I've been a client of them I never was late with my money so why must I now wait for mine. She would have found out from Okkie and then phone me back... that did not happen. So a week later I phoned again and she said same thing the lady is still not back and they can't do anything. So I asked her wat did Okkie said and she did not asked him... nice service here. So again she would have asked him and phone me back... now it's another week later and nearly 4 weeks since they took my money and I'm still waiting for my money or even a call back.
