Ctrack must be the worst vehicle tracking company in SA
i received a call the the above company (Bonolo Selepe) on the v18-11-2013, requesting that i renew/upgrade my current contract as it expires in the new year. i complained that i requested status of the unit some time ago and did not receive any feedback. the lady sent mail to their Ctrack Support and copied me. the support send mail on the 18-11-2013 stating, "the unit has not updated since the 10/05/2013". i then sent mail requesting for the unit to be repaired and a refund with no response to date. this morning i phoned their centre on 0860287225 and spoke to Arenzo Wesso who informed me that the unit hasn't work since May 2012. Is this how vehicle tracking companies make their money in SA? on unsuspecting client? to think i have been driving around the entire time WITHOUT their so called protection.
